At PlazaNow.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights and the circumstances in which refunds, replacements, repairs, or other remedies may be available.

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not compliant with your consumer rights, we may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or provide an alternative return method, depending on the circumstances. ACCC guidance notes that consumers may be able to recover reasonable delivery or return costs where a product has a problem covered by consumer law.
If the return is accepted on a discretionary basis for reasons not required by law, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless we state otherwise.
