It is wise to include mobile no as 2nd line in your delivery address as some couriers may use it to contact you during delivery phase, but not guaranteed.
If you have both PO Box and street address, you may enter both as couriers other than Australia Post may not deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers etc. If you would like to receive deliveries to the Post Office, you need to upgrade to a PO Box Plus for an annual fee of $24 to enjoy up to 50 eligible deliveries per billing year from other carriers – not just Australia Post and StarTrack.

Our shipments carry a tracking number and you would be able to track the package. Some carriers scan packages only when they pick up and ready to deliver.

All transit times are regular transit times. Shipments on islands and in rural or inaccessible areas, as well as special import regulations – depending on the destination – may lead to longer transit times. Shipments with goods subject to customs duties may have longer terms due to customs processing!
